Mustaful Hakim Jabbar Strong. Born April 23rd, 1995 in Chicago, IL. Growing up in Mid-West Minnesota, attending/playing for Anoka High School (2009-2013) as Their starting Wide Receiver. Receiving only one scholarship offer from St. Cloud State University, the decision was to attend Vermilion Community College (Njcaa) (2014-2016) to further his education and football career in hopes of receiving more offers. After a breakout season with 34 receptions ,700+ yards , 7 TD’s and receiving All Conference Honorable Mention Mustaful and family received news his mother (Danylle) had Cervical cancer. Due to Mustaful having to take care of mother/younger siblings for a year, and grades getting low, he became ineligible for a semester. 2016 Mustaful was eligible to play again and decided to further his career with the Central Lakes Raiders for his last Juco year. Mustaful earner starting position and carried the Raiders to their first ever and only undefeated season (11-0) winning the championship, and playing in a bowl game in IL. Mustaful finished the season with 9 Total TD’s, 1000+ total yards and 38 receptions. Mustaful received 100+ offers all over the country and decided to commit to Alabama A&M to continue his education and football career. Shortly before it was time to attend Alabama, mustaful went through some difficult times which caused him to be homeless, and drop out of the community college he was finishing his 2 year degree at in his home town. Mustaful was unable to attend Alabama and was coaching for his little brothers football team. Mustaful never stopped perfecting his football craft and 1 year later he signed with the Minnesota Storm (2019). Mustaful had another breakout season playing Wide Receiver and Saftey finishing the season with 16 Touchdowns, 1100 Yards, 44 reception, along with 25 tackles and 3 INT’s. Mustaful is now an unsigned free agent looking for his next team to continue his comeback story!
